I am a customer of chaabibank and I can say that the new team are giving a good service, being patient with customers and explaining every thing clearly to us and while I have been there I heard people talking in a bad away and not able to understand the rules of the UK when sending money to Morocco people that think that the banker doesn’t want to send their money when the rules are on top of everybody and we need to respect the law and each other too.

Happy to see that we are improving and making a step forward.
