My first time to visit Bank Populaire London, thank you Mr Adil, Mme Sofia and the branch director. very helpful and amazing staff. if google offer 10 stars i will give it to you. thank you so much.

I made a call this morning at 10:05 Thursday 20/02/2025 and the phone has been answered straight away by Mr Adil and he was brilliant ,the issue i had has been resolved what a gentleman .(M.M )

A huge gratitude to Miss Saida, who assisted to resolve my issue over the phone today for her high level in customer support. She saved me time and the hustle of travelling to the bank. She went through the issue with me even that it took longer than expected with a nice attitude and humbleness throughout the call until the issue was resolved.

I am a customer of chaabibank and I can say that the new team are giving a good service, being patient with customers and explaining every thing clearly to us and while I have been there I heard people talking in a bad away and not able to understand the rules of the UK when sending money to Morocco people that think that the banker doesn’t want to send their money when the rules are on top of everybody and we need to respect the law and each other too.

Happy to see that we are improving and making a step forward.
